Twitter plugin for twittering new entries

I’m looking for a plugin to simply twitter the URL and Title of a new entry. From EE -> Twitter.
Is this not available yet? Anyone developing it perhaps?

This is the only thing I know of that does that… http://twitterfeed.com/ Well, similar at least. It’s not directly from EE but it does work.
