Freeform weirdness?

Hey, I just installed the freeform module and I haven’t set it up or anything, but when I go to the module itself within the CP and go to the entries tab, it looks like its breaking the layout of the CP? I am not sure if this will be fixed once there are entries populated within the module or not. Any suggestions on what could be causing this? thanks

If it’s freeform specific I may shift this down to the ‘Modules forum’. Before I do- take a look at this thread. Looks like the same issue from here and there is a temp. fix in for the freeform button issue.
