Having trouble with Email module

Greetings,
I am currently learning Expression Engine by rebuilding an already existing site. This site contains a “Contact Us” page using a PHP form. As I understand it, the same type of page can be created in EE using the Email module. I’ve checked the modules page in the control panel, and there’s no sign of it anywhere. I’ve looked it up here at the website, and when I click to download it, it redirects me to the “Store” section. How might I go about finding/downloading this module? Or would I be better off replicating the PHP form in templates? Sorry for the rudimentary nature of this question, but any helpful advice would be appreciated.
Are you sure you did buy and download the personal or commercial version of EE? Maybe, you only have the Core version installed, which (by my knowledge) is missing the email module.
A contact form is easy to implement with the full version of EE - no need for a PHP form.

Thanks, ms. Turns out I have been using the core, but have easy access to the full version. My predecessor purchased the account so I’ve been trying to piece things together where he left off. Thank you!
