Problem with Freeform and "notification template" error

Not sure exactly what the problem is, but sending email via Solspace’s Freeform module (v2.5.2) seems a bit borked on my contact page. I’ve been getting this error message:

The notification template used for this form is not available.

Has anyone else encountered this problem? I’m running EE 1.6, build 20070726.

Hi, beep - you might have better luck posting this at solspace.com/forums since they created FreeForm. =)

D’oh, duly noted–sorry, wasn’t sure of the etiquette on that one.

Anyway, I’ve already posted over on Solspace, but no response yet. Sorry for the cross-post; feel free to delete if need be. 😊

Oh, not at all - I just want you to get the fastest, best help you can. I don’t personally use Freeform but others here may have some answers. I know in Permission you use a parameter to point to the particular template with the response, so you might make sure you’re pointing to the right template and that it exists with the correct tags.

Thanks for the response, Lisa–really appreciate it.

Unfortunately, I’m pointing to the proper template. Even created a new one, pointed the form at that, and still no dice. The weird thing is that the entries are getting stored in the database just fine; however, I’m not getting any emails, and the confirmation template’s not showing up.

Oh, well. I’ll cross-post this info over at Solspace, and see if anyone else has run into this.
