Daily Digest Emails From Forum Module

Hi.

Was looking into the forum module and was wondering if there was a way to get a digest of emails from the daily postings. I believe Yahoo Groups does something like this as they have a selection for daily digest, or individual emails.

Has anyone done something like this or have a suggestion?
