RE : Tag Module & Support?

Hi there,
First off I apologise for posting this here but I was just wondering if any of the EE crew knew if Mitchell is around at the moment? I have been posting on the Solspace forums for some help with the Tag module but not getting any replies anywhere. I have purchased the latest Tag module and also the Favourites module and also having a couple of problems with another module from Solspace but their forums seem to have gone exceptionally quite as of late.
I appreciate that they are possibly very busy at the moment but was just wondering if anyone knows if they will be back soon?
If this is an inappropriate post then please feel free to delete it. I just thought that seeing as how EE have certified the module and backing it then maybe someone might know where all the great support has gone? :-(

Sorry for the post here, was just getting scared that something had happened to you!
I actually have three posts at the moment that I wouldn’t mind if I could get some help on if at all possible. In order of preference to get fixed they are :

Also with the Related Entries (Tag) post I think I may have found a slight bug with the operation of the tag or it might be something that I am doing. I am going to post my findings over in the forum now so that you can get all the gory details together in one place.
Thanks in advance for any help with these and sorry that you are so swamped but I must say that it is your own fault for being such an excellent developer and creating modules and extensions that are just out of this world!!! 😊
