Clean curly quotes, m-dashes, etc. in CP

Is there an extension that cleans up all the silly punctuation marks that end up turning into ?s when you put them into the CP? I’ve got a client who has 18 people who are going to be cutting and pasting text from word into the CP, and I can tell them to turn off that formatting but I know they all won’t…
