Is the notify functionality between EE 1.6.1 and Freeform Fundamentally Broken?

I have installed the Freeform module and would be happy to make a donation as I usually do but although it captures the form data it doesn’t send a notification email. All templates are set up. All spelling is correct. Strangely the template name does not appear either when you look at the entry table. Can anyone from EE or Solspace pull out a simple fix. Or just tell me what the FAQ answer is to fix this.

This is a bit off topic (since i don’t see the css) but lookig at your code you don’t have to have divs just to have text inputs and labeles side by side. Just float the label. Makes the html a bit leaner 😊
But maybe you have more css goodness to it so I might be wrong.
