var $profile_path ”; not parsing the forums addition. (ie., profile_path ‘forums’;) Is this only utilized if your exporting the forums into a template?

(in the wiki mod)

I have try’d “removing” module and re-installing after making the addition in the Var but still has no effect. Has anyone pointed there wiki profile links to the forums yet? if yes, how did you go about it. I’ve attempted hard coding it but it ASci’s the space between the user name leading the link to a dead nothing.

LOL I totaly passed up the EXP: portion in the comment contained in the theme file.

Go to your index page of the wiki template group you made and insert with-in the EXP tag Profile_Path=”forums” (or what ever “trigger” word you created, forums is the default.)

{exp:wiki base_path="wiki/index" wiki="wiki" theme="default" profile_path="forums"}

Hey Corvaire. So did you solve the problem? I don’t think I understood the original question…

Yes, all good now. Wasn’t aware of the parameter, so I was try’n to hard code it into that area of the module core.

Like I’ve said in previous posts, I can hack a program to control the weather or fly a rocket, but it’s the wicked easy stuff that will choke me up.. until I decide, it’s time to get some sleep.

Thanks for checking in Jamie.
