YUI Plugin - first cut

I have started using YUI on a couple of sites and rather than hard code, I have started a plugin. It is very limited as I have just put in what I needed for these sites, but I though it might help someone, so here it is. Included is a template to try out the various features.

Current version include: menus tabs treeview simple text editor text editor

Very limited in functionality at the moment, more of a starting point than a functional plugin.
