LG TinyMCE not showing up in Field Formatting Options

I installed LG TinyMCE according to the directions (I also installed TinyMCE Compressor). The scripts’ permissions are 755. I enabled the extension, and I have the correct paths to the JavaScripts in the extension (verified by loading the script in a browser and copying the full URL). I’m running 1.6.2.
LG TinyMCE isn’t listed as an option under Field Formatting Options. Did I miss something?
In the drop down its listed as WYSIWYG. Is that there?
No, WYSIWYG isn’t listed. (I didn’t look for that the first time because the instructions say “choose LG TinyMCE as the field type.”)

There is an issue regarding number of rows for the editor. This will be fixed in the next version…
