Quicktime Plugin - Autoplay="false" not working

Anyone know why my quicktime movies are auto-playing even though I have autoplay set to “false” per the plugin instructions here.

This is what’s in my template:

{if video}<div class="video"> {exp:quicktimeplugin {video} } </div> {/if}

And this is in the {video} custom field from the weblog entry:

file="/images/directory/movie-file.mov" autoplay="false" width="450"  height="338" bgcolor="FCB432" controller="true"

What am I missing? I’m on EE 1.6.1.
