Safe Encode: for non-javascript email addresses

I already used this extension for a couple of projects, and I saw on the forums that others might be interested in it as well.

EE will always use JavaScript to display email addresses when you use the {encode=""} syntax in weblog entries. With this extension, you can bypass this behavior, without having to modify the core typography class.
