Correct, there is no code in $FNS->form_declaration() to handle the class attribute.

When I enable the ext.rh_form_attributes.php extension, the default EE (1.6.8) login page (member/login/) come out “blank”. I have to disable the extension in question to get back the login page. Any idea?
