Hi

Just a quick question: is there any documentation on what EE constants / clases are available except for this one?

http://expressionengine.com/docs/development/index.html (Using ExpressionEngine Classes)

I found that some of the classes (e.g. $PREFS) are missing here.

Also the Display class is missing a description of functions:

Consult the list of functions in the Class Reference section.

But there’s no class reference section for this class.

Just wanted to ask before var_dumping and print_r-ing or digging through the core code.

No, I think that’s the available information. Personally, I wouldn’t invest too much time in this issue: EE 2.0 is around the corner, and it will be entirely CI-based – which already has excellent documentation, might I add.

Thanks ingmar. Any estimates on the release date? I know it’s summer, but summer’s timespan is pretty wide.

I am afraid no more information as to the release date is avaiable at this point. And when I say “not availble” I mean not even internally. We (support staff) know as much or as little as you do.

This is the list of functions it’s talking about. I end up having to dig through the EE core code a lot though.
