What hook would I use if wanted to change the display of the Category Managment Admin page?

Not sure off the top of my head, but I have this page bookmarked: http://expressionengine.com/developers/extension_hooks/
Also, I find it useful to find an extension that does something similar to what you want to do (at least in the same place(s)) and see what hooks they’re using.
