Can Randomizer Plus allow me to display random code (including EE tags)?

I have one block that I’m looking to display random ads on. While I can just plug an {exp:weblog:entries} tag and orderby random, there may be some things I’d like to that just won’t be possible with just that tag. For example, I may want to randomly display an advertisement in addition to a weblog entries tag, and sometimes may just want to display the ad without the tag.
Was curious if anyone has tried? I really don’t want to head into PHP territory and go about doing an array just to display a couple odd and out things. 😊 That, and I am utterly horrible at PHP.
I’m trying to do the same thing. Is there any way that EE can plug in random html code? I don’t believe Randomizer allows code, does it? I’ve tried the random blog, but that also doesn’t process EE code, as far as I can tell.
