Extending the SCM

Hi

I’m currently working on a small website which will be using the SCM to sell skiing trips to high school students. Those of you who have read my posts about this earlier know what I’m talking about, but the details aren’t really important. What is important is that I lack a few options in the SCM, which might be easily solved with an extension!

What I’m looking for is this: An EE tag that lets me display all purchases in a template, with all the info I already get when exporting the purchases with the SCM, plus any other user info.

Basically, what I think would be really cool is to be able to write like this:

{exp:scm:info product="(product_id / all)" sort_by="(username / product_id / date etc)"} {product} {screen_name} {purchase_date} {"custom profile field"} {"custom profile field"} {"custom profile field"} {payment_info} {/exp:scm:info}

This would then render like this:

Trip 1 Peter Schwartz 2008-06-12 ID: 410624-6514 Shoesize: EUR42 Snowboarder Regular PayPal payment info jibberish…

If there’s any other way to do this I’m all ears, I just thought it would make a neat and VERY useful extension. Also, I’m in a bit of a hurry, so if anyone would care to make one this weekend, I wouldn’t mind 😉 Please PM if you’re interested in developing this and we’ll have a chat about what kind of info to include etc.
