Simple Tags

Hi I am having a problem with Simple Tags (http://gadgets.silenz.org/index.php/gadgets/item/simple-tags/)

Some tags display correctly, but some simply return all results. An example of this is on the site below:

http://blog.primeobjective.co.uk/index.php/poblog/post/street_pianos_on_npr/category//order/date

Clicking on the first tag returns the correct results, but clicking on “Press” takes you to the same page but all results are returned. These Tag links are created from the Tag field in the post.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
