How to upload resume using free form ?

Hi,

Iam using Free form module for my website career form. iam giving option to upload a cv to user, after that i will attach the uploaded cv to the specified user.

but the problem with this, only the super admin is able to upload the resume not the other users. it’s giving error ” You are not authorized to perform this action”

Can anyone help me how to give the upload access permissions to all.
