LG Social Bookmarks URL display problem

Can anyone help with this please. My URLs don’t display correctly with LG Social Bookmarks
I guess this is something to do with character set I’m using UTF-8 all URLs show format correctly apart from the LG Social links which display as http://www with / replaced as %…

If you look at the code for social bookmarks you can see the problem.
Firefox can still display but IE can’t.
Any help, advice appreciated

Interestingly so has Graham Leevi on his personal website http://leevigraham.com/ I’ve filled in his contact form to let him know hopefully he get’s my contact. I would have never noticed if I hadn’t have tested in IE.
