This is a great plugin, thank you. Just a small error in your documentation: you refer consistently to logged_in_member_id, however your script actually looks for the string logged_in_user_id

Laisvunas, got a question. I’ve got a use for something like this, but i have a need for it to be able to retrieve members by username instead of ID. Would this be easy to add, by any chance?

Hi Adrienne,

It seems to me that retrieving members by username instead of IDs not needed because IDs are stable, but usernames can be changed; and it is easy to retrieve logged member’s ID.

Yeah, but it’s not the logged in member i need, it’s an arbitrary member from a list.

I did create a workaround for this using the query module. So it’s working now.
