LG Image Manager Problem

Hi I have upgraded to the latest version of the extension from github but I still have a problem with ie. Whenever I click on the button to bring up the uploader window on ie7 & ie8 I get this error message:

User Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 8.0; Windows NT 5.1; Trident/4.0) Message: ‘document.forms[…].elements’ is null or not an object Line: 219 Char: 4 Code: 0

I have the latest version of ee installed (1.6.7)

Any ideas? Please?

For info, the problem with paragraph tags also exists on File Manager. I couldn’t find anything on GitHub for a v 1.3, but it you compare the changes between Image Manager 1.2 and 1.3, and apply the same fix to File Manager, it works.
