helloitsbao: Thanks. I can add this change to the main release so that people don’t get confused as to where they should download the file from. When I update the main file, we should probably get rid of the file attachment here.

OK, version 1.0.5 is at Github: md.character_count.ee_addon
This incorporates the updates from helloitsbao. Can someone double check to make sure this newer 1.0.5 version is working on their MSM install?
EDIT: bao emailed me to say that it’s now working.

Hey Ryan, any chance this could be made to work on the title field as well in the future?
I needed to do this.
Add the following to the bottom of your jquery.charcounter.js file:

format: "%1/100 characters remaining",
