Are you using any other third party extensions?

ext.tag.php

is part of the solspace TAG module. I am running the latest version.

In anticipation of one possible suggestion.

No, I have not used my bash client to remove all of the third party extensions all the way back to acronym.

I suspect that another module might be interfering.

The nice folks at Solspace can help you out better than I can though, since it is their extension.

Thanks,

Solspace had the solution.

The file, ext.tag.php belongs in the ./module not the ./extensions directory.

Sorry for the bother and thanks for your timely help direction.
