Hi

My related entries don’t work after uploading to 1.6.6

Has the syntax changed for this version?

Thanks

No it hasn’t.

Could you explain the problem in a little more detail, please. Possibly with a code snippet.

Here is the code in my template

{exp:weblog:entries weblog="my_weblog"  orderby="start_date" sort="asc" dynamic="off" }

{related_entries id="flyer"}{file_path}{/related_entries}

<strong>{title}</strong></a>

{/exp:weblog:entries}

And this is what the {file_path} returns:

{REL[44][flyer]007jV9nIREL}

Have you cleared all caches after the update?

webprouk, I’m with silenz on this one. Check out: CP Home › Admin › Utilities › Clear Cached Data and clear all cache’s again and see if the error persists.

Glad to hear it.

Please don’t hesitate to open a new thread if anything else comes up.

[Edit: I misread that, apologies.]

This question may be related to a resolved thread.

The above topic is not resolved. I think you did not read my answer properly. I said it is NOT working. Can you re-open the topic, please.

Thanks

In the mean time, let’s continue here..

You mentioned that clearing the cache didn’t fix your problem.

If you manually clear the cache via FTP, does that make a difference?

Hi Sue,

I have deleted all the files inside the cache’s folders. No luck :(

webprouk, i’ve merged these for you. Are you running any extensions? You can find them in Admin -> Utilities -> Extensions Manager. Thanks!

webprouk, let’s have you temporarily disable your extensions.

OK

It’s the Multi Relationship the one that is causing the problem, I suppose I will have to look for a new version or something.

Thanks
