Mdesign: I think the point is that there needs to be a correlation between the backend and the front end. You can do all that stuff but at the end of the day your clients are the ones who are going to suffer. Such a module I assume, would have a tag structure for repeating your tree structure in the front end. To me this is a basic necessity.
