Freeform mail unauthorized error

I don’t believe so. However, Solspace now has their own dedicated forum you could post to.

Mitchell visits over here quite a bit, but he’s there on his own site as well.

I had the same issue and resolved it by:

  1. turning off secure forms (CP Home › Admin › System Preferences › Security and Session Preferences)

  2. altering member access permissions to modules (CP Home › Admin › Members and Groups › Member Groups › Edit Member Group › Guests)

I was getting the “You are not authorized” error with my freeform contact form when I used my custom notification template - but it worked fine with the default_template. I changed my custom template to say “YES” to “Word Wrap” and the problem went away. I don’t know why that made a difference, but there you go…
