Hey Mitchell.

I’d be interested in beta testing.

I just imported loads of entries and filled in my keywords field and was disappointed to see them not appear in the tags db until i actually edited the entry and re saved it. Is this something that 2.0 changes?

You’re all too good!

And for David, yes indeed, we have tag harvesting in 2.0.

I’ll get back to you all shortly with beta tester details.

Thank you.

Do i have to be a v1.x user? ‘Cause i’d love to beta test, but i’m not a previous user. I’m a GREAT test environment, though, since i’m running about a zillion other modules and extensions, not to mention i’m REALLY good at breaking software. 😊

Great news Mitchell. I was dreading having to figure out another set of queries to get my tags into the tags module.

So far the module is kicking the built-in search tags butt.

lol.

I meant at the moment the tags module is giving me better results than searching my entries with EEs built in search form.

But thats a whole other topic for another thread.

I’m up for helping beta test as well if you’re still looking for a couple more people to bang on it. I’m currently using version 1.1.6. Let me know.

Hey Mitchell, would be interested as well. Currently on 1.12 (haven’t upgraded to 1.16 yet). One question I was going to toss out was around delimiters and ‘user error’. For instance, I have on my site some clear verbiage asking users to enter tags on separate lines when submitting and NOT commas, but… lo and behold, often they use commas anyway. Do you plan on adding any handling in this area?
