Is there any obvious (or not so obvious) reason why I am not able to save the trigger value in the extension manager?
Everything else is set up and working: CM API in place gets the clients and mailing lists and all the members fields display. But the form is not saving the triggers values.
Any suggestions would be very much appreciated.
Hi Optima,
Just wondered if you had chance to sort this over the Christmas break?
I didn’t. I’ve got a launch to get out the way on Tuesday, and then hopefully things will calm down a bit. Or a lot, that would be nice.
Sorry for the delay, I’ll get on with this as soon as possible; sometimes paid work just has to take precedence.
Cheers, Stephen
Hey Stephen,
Love your extension, but I have a small problem 😊
Using Solspace user module and getting this error upon member sign-up:
Notice: Undefined index: custom_fields in /Users/waydechristie/Sites/Clients/0051-0143-01.12wbt.com/www/system/extensions/ext.sl_freshview_subscribe.php on line 346

Nothing leaps out at me - any ideas?
I should add that subscribers are being added to the CM list.
Cheers.
Hi Wayde,
Wondering if there’s a way to configure it so it sends through custom member profile fields instead of the screen name?
There’s no way to send through custom fields instead of the screen name. However, you can map custom member fields to custom Campaign Monitor fields.
Does that answer your question?
Cheers, Stephen
None of my lists have any custom fields though, but I do have custom member fields “first_name” and “last_name”. Would be great if I could map these to the first name and last name values in CM.
That would require a bit of customisation, either way, because you’d be mapping two member fields onto one CM value.
I don’t think there’s an easy solution to this, using this extension. If it was anything other than the standard name field, it wouldn’t be a problem. As it stands though, some hacking is required.

Hey
I’m using SL Freshview Subscribe.
Does SL Freshview work with just the default mailing list module in EE.
I want to setup 2 mailing lists within Campaign Monitor, one is utilising emails entered via the mailing list tags, the other is using Solspace User module.
It works with the User Solspace fine, but how to I attach the EE mailing list module to feed into a mailing list in campaign monitor.
Would I have too create another membership group, as opposed to using the mail list module?
Any help would be welcomed.
Thanks
Simon
Hi Simon,
I think you’re confusing your add-ons here.
The User module is a more flexible alternative to EE’s built-in member module. SL Freshview Subscribe (SLFVS) integrates with both the built-in member module, and the User module, and makes it easy to add newly-registered site members to the Campaign Monitor mailing list(s) of your choosing.
Neither SLFVS, nor (to the best of my knowledge) the User module have anything to do with the EE mailing list module.
Cheers, Stephen
